Glow inducing dishes by Madeleine Shaw

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of doing a shoot with Madeleine Shaw, a London-based nutritional health coach & chef.  Even though I’m a sucker for the bad-for-you comfort foods, I firmly believe that healthy can also be tasty; Madeleine’s menu for our session is a prime example of this.  I was partial to the sweet potato bread (still warm from that morning’s bake, mmmm) and the beautiful duck salad.  For recipes, visit Madeleine’s website.
